Sorry to hear you're having trouble sorting on your Roku. Could you tell me a bit more about your Roku:
What is the model?
What is the serial number? (Settings > System > About)
What Roku software version is your device using? (Settings > System > About)
What Pandora channel version are you on? (Highlight the Pandora channel icon and select the * key.)
In the meantime, if you haven't already, please check for any updates for your Roku or the Pandora app.
