Hi there, I been having problem for some says to update Student information so I could keep the student discount.. At first it seems to work but the linked sent by email send me back to the signup student form again and it looks like as if its trying to get me to fill out the same information and resubmit documentation. I tried like 4+ times and now it just keeps telling me that information is insufficient for SheerID now, even when I submit a school ID photo, PDF acceptance letter and class schedule. I previously had the student discount from a technical collage but now I am in new school, university, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. So now I am stuck with the regular price of premium since my student subscription expired and unable to renew it. I seen AdamPandora help others by creating a ticket and I hope I can help too.
