@crh202 Nice to see you around the community. If your husband is already upgraded directly through Pandora, it may make the most sense to upgrade his account to the Premium Family plan. You can then cancel your subscription through Google Play, and have him invite you to the Premium Family plan. This being said, I have created a ticket with our support team for you.
