After a cursory review, I see two listening streams on your account from today, 4/12. The first appears to be on a web browser, while the second is on an Android. Did you happen to switch from one to the other? If so, it sounds like that simultaneous streams warning was tripped on accident, which may happen from time to time when switching from one device to another. If that's the case, you can go ahead and disregard that message.
Something to keep in mind when logging out of all devices, it may not happen instantaneously. So if you receive the message shortly after removing all devices, the change may not have taken affect yet.
