iOS version is 13.3.1 Pandora version is 2003.1 The only pattern I have noticed is that it does it on the iPhone during the day, but on my iPad it doesn't do it at all.

I don't get an error message. I have tried the troubleshooting steps referenced. It seems that the stream drops out then comes back and this is only something that has been happening in the last week.
