still hearing ads on pandora premium

I have premium, I sent my co worker an invite to join to on my membership. However, he is still hearing ads. He has had pandora FREE version for years, and can't get it to update so it's not playing ads. He even created a new profile and new email address and has to relearn all his music and it is still making him listen to ads   any input would be appreciated! thanks ... View more

In-Home Devices with Multiple Accounts

Good day everyone. I have pandora premium, which is linked to my phone and the alexa in our kitchen. However, if I am listening on my phone while out in the yard, or in my car away from home, and my wife wants to listen to music in the kitchen on the Alexa, I get a notification that someone else is trying to listen on my profile. Is there any way around this? I only have my membership shared with 2 other people. Do I need to create a new profile for my Alexa? thanks! ... View more

i am having the same problem. i have had premium for years through google play. now i want to add my fiance but it says my subscription has to be managed through google play. i can't share my premium subscription through google play. so do i have to wait until google play cancels my subscription on 27 days? and then sign back up? super frustrating ...
