Are you activating the Pandora app directly on your TV by entering your email and password. Or are you using an activation code?
Could you share a picture of what you're seeing when you get stuck?
You can include pictures directly here on community, but you'll need to post them on a web or mobile browser. You won't be able to include pictures through the email notification you may receive.
