Can you tell me the Pandora app version (let me know if you need help finding that)? How is your smartphone connected to your car? (Bluetooth or USB) Does this only happen when connected to your vehicle? Additionally, can you confirm the name of the playlist you're having trouble with? What happens when you play your playlist?
