Are you able to connect to your Buick, but no music plays or are you not able to connect at all?
In the meantime, could you provide the following information so I can take a closer?
What is the model and year of your vehicle?
If you have an aftermarket stereo, what is the make and model of that device?
What is the make and model of your phone?
Also, can you tell me the Pandora app version?
How is your mobile device connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux)
Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay?
