The make and model of the device you're using when this happens.
When selecting My Collection is the app unresponsive? Does it freeze?
Can you share a screenshot or picture of what you're seeing when you run into trouble?
You can include a screenshot or picture directly in your response on community. Be sure to open a mobile or web browser when doing this. Responding to an email notification will not include a photo.
