Same problem - every time I restart my phone, Pandora starts playing on it's own.  I can close out all apps and 'Force Stop' Pandora, restart the phone, and then when the phone starts up, Pandora is playing within seconds.   Why should Pandora be loading AT ALL unless we open the app...?  Does not make me feel warm and fuzzy when ANY app runs unprompted.
