I put Pandora to deep sleep until they fix the bug. Since then, the app does not start on its own after restart in the background or randomly start. 1. Goto Settings then select Battery and Device Care 2. Select Battery then select Background Usage Limits 3. Select Deep Sleeping Apps 4.
