Issue persists on 2308.1.1 across all of my, and my girlfriends, devices. We are experiencing Option 1 when restarting. Restarting my S23 Ultra or Galaxy Tab S6 has Pandora auto starting the player notification without music playing... Randomly, throughout the day/night, we experience option 2. Pandora notification will randomly start, and the app starts, but isn't actively playing. If our phones auto-restart, late at night, they DO start playing music when they come back up. We've turned off the phone auto-restarting until this is resolved. Same issues are happening on the girlfriend's S22 and Galaxy Tab S8 as well. So that's four separate models/devices this is happening on. We have cleared cache/cookies/history; restarted devices; reset Pandora; uninstalled Pandora, restarted the devices, and reinstalled Pandora.

Having the same problem since the 8/31 update. Happening across multiple devices. Clearing cache/cookies does not resolve. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not resolve. Force closing the app resolves for a short amount of time, but the app will eventually restart again sometime during the day or night. It's constantly running in the background. At this point, I've just set my devices to vibrate only and have started checking to see if Pandora is playing in the background, pausing it, every time I use my devices. This issue is marked as "solved", when the only resolution listed is that it has been reported to Engineers, more than a week ago, yet the problem still persists.
