If the song you're looking for has like three different versions (explicit, clean, live, radio edit maybe) is on different albums by the same band I would pull up you want on Google and sort through all the albums you know the song is on. Once you've found all the different versions and seen the one you're looking for you can see what Pandora should have it under, and try searching that. If not that's why this community exists right? Is it just me.. or does no one have patience? I'm telling you guys it's all about back Channel editing combined with thumbs up thumbs down and leaving songs alone. Some of my stations have over eight pages worth of seeds and over 500 likes probably more dislikes. Once you get a station to hit a good consistent rhythm you don't always need to like or dislike songs sometimes leaving songs alone is the best course of action cuz that way it doesn't affect your station one way or the other ... You do know they have a explicit content filter right? Not to mention if you go into the back channel of your you can set the song seats to the explicit songs or the radio edits it's very easy to filter you just have to have a little patience ... View more

 I don't work with podcasts much but I can tell you that if you settle for the average or in other words don't find your truest passion you're going to regret it later because you won't be giving it your full effort. Also side note here being of Chef I would recommend if you have the authority to let your manager or owner know that softer volume of music so that people can hear each other makes it easier on the customers, unless they're at a bar scene ...
