Upgrading to any of our paid services will not result in the loss of your history or collection.
This being said, I do see you currently have two accounts created:
A new account you recently created (on 09/11/2024) and upgraded to our Premium Military Plan
Your original account that is currently set up with the free service
Your best option would be to delete the new account you created and cancel the trial on that account to avoid charges.
You can then update your original account with your current email address.
That way, you don't have to start all over again with creating new stations.

Let me know when you have submitted that message through our contact form and I will make sure one of our agents gets to it.

I switched to Premium a couple weeks ago. I find the new Premium App confusing compared to the Plus version. All I really do is listen to at best maybe 10-15 different channels and I hated the commercial version. What am I missing on the Premium version and should I revert back based on my likes?
