I checked the Pandora account associated with your community profile email and this account is not currently upgraded, nor has it been upgraded in the past.
If you have more than one Pandora account, please be sure to check that you're logged into the correct Pandora email address that you upgraded with.
If you don't have more than one account, then the transaction may not have been completed, and I would try again.
