Sorry for any confusion, but it looks like you upgraded to Pandora Premium, not Premium Family, through Apple.
The Premium Family subscription is currently only available directly through Pandora. You'll need to cancel your individual Premium subscription through Apple wait for it to expire and then you'll be able to subscribe to Premium Family.
