Hi @debmar0911  Welcome to community!  Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Android Auto. Could you confirm if this is only happening when in Offline Mode, or when you're online as well? Is your Android Auto wireless or wired? If wireless, could you try a wired connection with a USB cord and let me know if you have the same trouble.
