Sorry for any confusion around this. As a Premium subscriber, you have the ability to listen to on-demand content. With albums, playlists, and by clicking on individual songs to stream, you can scrub tracks to move back or forth by pressing the progress bar at the bottom of the Now Playing screen. Something to note: Due to licensing restrictions, this feature is not available when listening to stations.
