Me and my family have had this issue across multiple devices since the inception of Pandora premium. iOS 12 to today. Iphone 6, 7 max, 13 mini, iphone 12 pro, iphone XR. It happens when using a wired headphones set only, when listening to offline stations only. If the screen locks during play it skips the song and deletes it.   Pandora y'all suck. This is years in the making, and y'all know it's a problem. So many threads mentioning it.
