Does this occur with all of your stations or only one of them?
If only one station, please let me know which station.

If it happens again, please make note of:
the name of the track that was removed from your Thumbs Up list
the name of the station it was removed from
a screenshot of the track on the now playing screen showing that the Thumbs Up icon is no longer highlighted
