Sorry to hear this is happening. Are you connected to any other devices when listening or is this directly through your iPhone?
I've enabled a trace on your account to help me investigate. Can you do me a favor and uninstall/reinstall the app on your phone, then listen to one of your playlist. I'd like to see if our trace will pick up anything unusual with playback. Please note that this will remove any offline content you have, and you will need to re-download them again.
