Having the exact same issue with my S21 ultra for about 4 months.  Saying Hey Pandora opens the assistant, the mic pulses to my voice then nothing and it closes after a few seconds.  About to cancel my subscription if this isn't resolved soon.  A core functionality isn't working and they don't seem to be able to fix it judging from all the other people in this thread having the same issue.... ...
