I just recently upgraded my cell phone, Both previous and newer cell phone are androids, both samsung.  I used Samsung Smart Switch to transfer Everything from the old phone to the new phone.  Pandora transferred Fine, but when I logged in, It had all of my likes and station's, but none of the songs I had downloaded previously.  I Spend a lot of time on airplanes. And areas with no reception, so I rely heavily on listening to my downloaded music, Through pandora, in offline mode.  I Still have the old phone, is there A Way I can get the downloaded songs from there to my new phone without having to re-download all of them on the new phone one at a time?
