Your issue may be more related to this topic instead: Pandora Plus: Paid recently but still hearing ads I checked the account linked to your Community profile and I can see that you are upgraded to pandora Plus through Google Play. Now, to verify if this is the correct thread and so we can help you with your subscription, can you tell me more about this? Are the ads you are hearing for a specific brand or artist? Are you hearing them while listening to podcasts? Do you hear/see them when you search for a song and press play? In the meantime, let's double check if you are logged in with the correct account. You can find the active account by:
Opening the Pandora app and selecting the Profile tab.
Tapping the Settings gear in the upper right corner.
Checking the email address next to the Account field.
If this is not correct, scroll down and select Sign Out. Then log back in with the above email address and your Pandora password.
