So, first, thank you for your response. The facts are that: 1. We are Premium subscribers. 2. When we listen to a specific artist's radio station (like Joe Bonamassa or Buckethead or Moe., or The Fixx), the assortment of music somehow repeats songs within an hour of eachother. Is this because there's not enough content in the music library? 3. Occasionally we prompted thet "someone else is listening on your account" even though we have (and pay for) a premium family subscription. Yesterday, we even heard advertising which is an absolute intrusion and should not have happened. Is this due to a software glitch? We left SiriusXM for a better experience. Surely Pandora is better than Sirius XM! Again, I appreciate the feedback as I'm hoping for some solid answer on how we can get more variety, fewer glitches and maintain our membership with Pandora.
