I've enabled a trace on your account to help me review. I'd like to begin with having you disconnect your Pandora account from the Sonos app.
1. From your mobile device, open the Sonos app and go to Settings, then My Services. Select Pandora and sign out.
2. Now, please sign out of your Sonos App.
3. Sign back into your Sonos app, reconnect the Pandora app, and try listening once more.
When you hear an ad the next on your Sonos, please let me know the date, time and station you were listening to.
