Confirming your wife's Pandora account:
You mentioned this problem is present on your wife's account. To clarify, is your wife's Pandora account associated with this community profile? Also, is this a shared account that you also experience this issue with on your personal devices?
To confirm, tap on your avatar located at the top right corner of the screen, and select Pandora Account:
Playback does not resume after a call or voicemail ends:
When this issue occurs:
Is the app still open in the background where you're able to press play and resume music or do you need to close and relaunch the app to continue listening?
Are you listening to a station, album, playlist, or podcast?
Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data? If using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off?
Does this happen with any bluetooth speaker? Including car stereo? Or a specific device?
Does this happen also when listening directly from the phone? (not through Bluetooth)
What is the length of the phone calls when this occurs?
Additionally, please provide both your iOS and Pandora app versions:
iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)
