Unplug your TV for 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
Clear app cache for Pandora.
Open the Settings menu.
Select Apps → See all apps.
Select Pandora from the list of apps.
Select Clear cache and confirm choice
If issue persists, clear app data using the same menu options above.
Note: The steps to clear app cache and app data may differ depending on your TV model. Please visit Sony Support for additional instructions.
