I'm having the same problem. There has to be an issue with the DTV and Pandora. All my other audio access is working. No one seems to have an answer to this at this time.

All, I just got off the phone with DTV.
There response is that they are aware of the issues and their engineers for APPs are working on the skipping issue at this time.
The tech support could not give me any more information at this time due to it being an ongoing issue with the Pandora APP.
DTV basically had no new information and they would send me an email with any updates for the ongoing Pandora APP issue.
Just an FYI, also this seems to be an issue on my Sony TV, but I am not having issues with one of my other TVs, which is a Hisense TV.

According to DTV they are working on the song skipping issue. No time line for the fix and that was as of today, 11 Mar 2025
