I've been going through something similar, learning curves can always be tough.   I was asking some extra questions to get a better sense of how often you use Pandora. Sometimes, if it's been awhile, you may be logged out but this shouldn't happen too often. Most of the time troubleshooting with iPhone is pretty basic, usually uninstalling and reinstalling the Pandora app, and turning your phone off completely, and then back on again. In your first message you said you "lose Pandora and it is usually months before I reconnect". Is that because you aren't able to log back in, not sure how to log back in or something entirely different?
