We can only legally offer Pandora services to listeners located in the United States. This applies equally to free and paid accounts. However, you will be able to play your offline content while traveling outside of the country temporarily. Both subscriptions (Plus and Premium) offer the option for offline listening. The main difference between them is that for Pandora Plus subscribers, we will automatically choose up to three of your most-listened-to stations along with Thumbprint Radio* and add them to your offline listening stations. While Pandora Premium subscribers can choose which additional stations, albums, songs, or playlists are downloaded. So in general, you will be temporarily able to listen while on Sicily even with the Plus subscription, but the content available for you to listen would be only the 3 stations that you listen the most + the Thumbprint Radio. If you would like to download a specific station or stations, or have more than 4 stations available while traveling, then yes, you would need to get the Premium subscription. Please note that you would need to download the stations you want and activate the offline listening before leaving the country. Once you do you will only see the downloaded stations and you will be able to enjoy them without a connection and outside the country. Also, your offline collection will be removed if you uninstall or sign out of the Pandora app, or if you are unable to re-establish a connection with Pandora via a Wi-Fi or mobile network within 30 days.
