Hi @Haroldsimon  Welcome to community! Please keep in mind that Pandora accounts are tied to an email address, not a phone number. Since your wife has switched phones, her music collection will still be available as long as she logs in using the same Pandora account. However, Offline Content is stored within the app on the device itself.
