Sorry to hear you're having trouble!
I can help by removing the connection between your Yamaha and Pandora account. This will log you out of your Yamaha devices, it can take some time for this to fully take affect, so I would give it some time.
If you still receive the Access Error, I would try a power cycle once again, leaving it unplugged for at least 10 minuets, and if all else fails, a factor reset.
