I'm happy to report your experience to our engineering team for further review and investigation. Based on your description above it sounds like this just recently started happening and more often happens when listening to Pandora on your computer through the web browser or desktop app?
To ask some clarifying questions:
- Does this happen while at home using a personal network or at work with an office network?
- Do you receive any type of error message? If so, what does it say?
- Do you use a VPN or any type of network level security programs?
