Why can't Pandora change from Sheer verification to ID.ME it's such a simpler process. I uploaded 2 documents to show proof of military service. Those 2 documents were not acceptable! Wow Come on Pandora you can do better switch to ID.ME for the military community. If there is a specific document Sheer wants as proof that has my social on it . . .
