Sorry to hear that tracks are being cut off by ads when listening on your Sonos. I'd like pass along your experience to our engineering team. To help gather more information, I've enabled a trace on your account. Could you please, log out of your Pandora account on your Sonos, log back in and continue to listen to Pandora as you normally would.
The next time an ad disrupts a song, please take note of the following to share with me:
Date and time (including time zone)
The name of the station
The name of the track
What was the ad for?
