Hi @Kevi , welcome to the Pandora Community! To keep things tidy I moved your post to the Subscription's space on the community. Sorry to hear you are currently having trouble with your subscription. I checked the Pandora account linked to your community profile and I do see that it is currently upgraded to Pandora Premium. Could you please try signing out and signing back in by visiting your Pandora Settings? To do thism click Account and then Sign Out. Then sign back in with the email address of the Pandora account you used when you upgraded. Let me know how it goes!
