After restarting the phone and reinstalling the app, I went on a ride today. Once I lost internet, Pandora announced that it was gonna go to offline mode. Awesome! Well not so much. It played one song then just stopped. 10 minutes later I turned off cellular data and Pandora's offline mode started working.. Until the phone rang. As the phone was ringing, Pandora stopped playing as expected, but when the ringing stopped (I just ignored the call - didn't touch anything), Pandora did not start playing again. When I could stop again I looked at my phone. Pandora looked like it should be playing (the play/pause symbol was the pause symbol), it said "offline mode" at the top of the screen so now I know this issue happens regardless of online/offline mode since it happened online and offline. You say this does not affect all users. OK. Have you specifically tried to recreate this? play pandora; call the phone and ignore the call and see if Pandora plays again?
