Same problem but it's just 1 machine, my Win11 laptop. This problem started in the last month and seems to happen anytime I close Pandora or restart my machine. I've done all the troubleshooting (I work in IT). Seems like an undocumented feature. Win11 using the app and it happens pretty much daily for me now and it just started in the last month.
