Does this only occur after an ad plays? If it also happens when listening to music, what are you listening to? (Ex: station, album, playlist, or podcast) It doesn't play at all; it hasn't for about a week. I'm wondering if it quit when I upgraded to Golden Gate. That it plays the commercial is something I discovered just this morning. But no music at all. Any error messages you’re seeing, including what they say. No, none at all. And just a bit more about your setup: Pandora website or Desktop App. Website. I looked for an app in the App Store, but don't see one. Browser and version, if you’re using the website. Safari 27.0.1 Attached is a screen shot. If I click on Next (>>|), the screen will flicker but nothing else. It no longer plays the Greiner spot. Thanks for your help.

Pandora plays fine on my Apple devices running IOS 27.0.1, but won't play on my Mac, running OS 27.0.1. As I was typing this, I decided to try Pandora again. It played the Grainger commercial and quit. The spinning record in the middle is spinning and the play icon at the bottom is solid but does nothing when clicked on. When I click the next >>| icon, it plays the Grainger spot again, then stops. Thoughts?

How funny! I'm regularly deleting and reloading apps on our Apple TV when it doesn't play properly, but I never thought to do that with Pandora. You'd think a guy who's been using and selling computer systems for 30+ years would think of it. Anyway, I deleted/reloaded Pandora on my iPhone 13, connected it to my car and bingo. It works perfectly. Thank you so much. DG

We have two Fords with Apple CarPlay, and two iPhones, an 11 and a 13. When connected to Pandora, the only way to change the playlist selection is from the Pandora app on the iPhones. Touching the CarPlay screen might change the playlist, but it won't be to the one selected and it takes at least six touches for CarPlay to respond. I'm wondering if this is a common problem, and if it's our iPhones, CarPlay, Pandora or something else. The same is true for both Fords and both iPhones. Thank you for thoughts and suggestions.
