Hi @Rdytogo52  Thanks for the follow up. Based on your replay, it sounds like Alexa heard and understood your voice command correctly, but is still not following through with the command. Be sure to report this issue through the Alexa Voice History with the thumb down option. This alerts Alexa's team that intended voice command did not work as expected.  In the meantime, I've also passed your experience and details along to our engineering team for further review and investigation.
