My secondary device (galaxy s21. I dont have the software versions on me, but it has been auto updating so probably has android 15 or 16)has been having issues for about a month. It does not have cellular service. It gives the "waiting for connection " message or brings up the play screen, but the songs never play. I have good wifi speeds. My primary device today started giving me similar problems. I tried most of the things. Deleted cache, reinstalled the app. No luck. Then based on this page I disabled wifi. This device has been operating on cell network during this period. When I disabled the wifi it started working. It was not connected to a wifi network.
