Yea, & it's a shame that the Pandora system(whether on "desktop" or the mobile app) points users here for "support" when what they get are folks in higher 'positions' making WILD assumptions about why they're experiencing a thing, then explaining it to 'em as if they've no concept of how to navigate the user interface/system properly(honestly, how many users are doing much more than creating channels/stations & letting them play, anyway?) & usually failing to ask clarifying questions that would otherwise easily guide their response, then they mark their submission as the accepted solution(akin to patting themselves on the back) AND then failing to answer followup questions. Once in a blue moon I'll see more than 1 contribution from any single moderator on a thread, but it's few & far between. I've been using Pandora for >1.5 decades now & it's been so sad to watch an incredible project change hands & be turned into a low budget, low yield, essentially unsupported cash cow.😢
