Roku recently released a software update. Please update your device to the latest version and try again to see if the issue persists.
To check for an update on your Roku device, try the following steps:
Press the Home button on your Roku remote
Scroll and select Settings
Select System
Select Software update
Select Check Now to manually check for updates
If new software is available, or if there are updates for your apps, your Roku device will automatically download and install them. Once the process is complete, your device will reboot.
