That’s definitely a strange experience, especially since the bass sounds normal on every other device in the same setup. Since this is isolated to Xbox, let's start by having a fresh connection with Pandora.
Please try uninstalling the Pandora app from your Xbox, restarting the console, then reinstalling the app and testing again. This can help clear out any cached files or potentially corrupted audio settings
