Hi @eabankes  Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. I moved your post over to our My Collection Board to keep things organized and help to clarify a bit more. While Thumbs Up, Collecting, and Downloading can seem similar, they each serve a different purpose: Thumbs Up (available on all tiers) helps personalize your stations. It tells the algorithm you enjoy that track so it can play more music like it. Collecting (Premium feature) adds the song, album, or artist to My Collection for easy access within your library. Downloading (Premium feature) makes specific songs, albums, or playlists available for offline listening. While Plus subscribers have offline access to their most-listened-to stations, the ability to choose exactly what to download is a Premium feature. Because personalization, library management, and offline listening are designed as separate functions, they currently require separate actions. If you’re envisioning a more streamlined experience as a Premium listener, such as combining Thumbs, Collecting, and Downloading into a single action, that would make a great feature suggestion.
