Please note that Sony retired streaming service on their Blu-ray players in September 2025. As a result, these devices no longer support apps like Pandora, which can limit the troubleshooting options available from our side.
If you're still having trouble, I can remove the connection between your Pandora account and your Sony device to help create a fresh connection. However, since this device is no longer technically supported for streaming services, it’s unclear whether you would be able to sign back in afterward. You can also try power cycling your Blu-ray player by unplugging it from the power source for at least five minutes, then plugging it back in and trying again.
