Welcome to community! Sorry to hear you're having trouble on your Samsung TV.
Did this happen recently within the last few days? Or has this been something that has happened off and on for a while? I took a look at your Pandora account and I see a new TV log in from today. Did this help or are you still having trouble? Have you tried any troubleshooting? If yes, can you let me know what steps you've tried.
