I’m sorry for the frustration here, especially when you’re just trying to adjust your subscription. Since your subscription is managed through Google Play, we don’t have full access to make changes like downgrades on our end.
To switch plans, you’ll need to cancel your Premium subscription in Google Play first. After it expires, you can sign back up for Pandora Plus.
